6 environments at CASACOR Rio where wallpaper is the star

Some environments at CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2016 bring ideas and trends for the use of wallpaper, making spaces more charming, beautiful and enchanting. Living by Paola Ribeiro makes visitors gasp. Very colorful, with a typically Rio feel, the space explores the mix of colors in an elegant way and mixes the classic with the contemporary. In one of the corners of the 42 m², a wall was covered with romantic style paper (Queen - Decor Maison), adding a little more color and art to the space. In the special corner for pets, the Dog Lounge , designed by Cristiana Mascarenhas and Mariana Mascarenhas, wallpaper inspired by the heart of tropical forests was applied, which brings a sumptuous paradise with palm leaves, florals and exotic birds. The new Oxygen collection, by Wallcovering, was launched exclusively at the show! In Marta Guimarães and Daniele Faraco's Bathroom , the color palette was inspired by nature that provides the tones, such as the green of Burle Marx's gardens, the blue of the sky and sea, the light gray of the beach sand. What draws attention to the wallpaper is the aqua green gradient inserted into it, which is more reminiscent of a painting than a covering. In Mário Santos' Office and Reading Room , wood is the protagonist of the space and to provide a base that highlights the use of the covering, light-colored wallpaper was inserted. The inspiration for the space came from the wings of Panair, a now-defunct aviation company whose main shareholder was the owner of the mansion.

Joy Garrido was inspired by Guilherme Guimarães, brides' favorite designer in the 1960s, to create Sala da Malu . The place tells the story of Malu da Rocha Miranda, recognized for her good taste, who was dressed by Guimarães.
