Functional and also playful, the corners reserved especially for children were specially decorated by the exhibition professionals

CASACOR Paraná 2016. Lugar de Criança - Viviane Busch. The architect imagined a day in the jungle and used life-size stuffed animals to set the tone. In addition, a tree rescued from the city hall's warehouse occupies the center of the 170 m² space. Carpentry was the main resource used, including the panels that cover almost all the walls. The flooring alternates between carpet tiles and a rubberized covering made from recycled material.

CASACOR Paraná 2016. Baby's Room - Fernanda Distéfano. The project uses foundation wood, sleeper wood and also focuses on restoring the house's original flooring. On the walls, boiseries moldings are given a light and modern version with a velvety finish in nude color, which matches the predominant pistachio tone. Speaking of coverings, another trend is paintable textured wallpaper, with the flexibility to change color whenever you want, without losing the texture.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2016. Imagination Room - Paula Costa. This playroom doesn't require a TV or tablet. It has lots of books and a reading space in the cabin designed by By Floor. Even renowned design pieces come with a childlike look, like the Panton chairs. In the Join the Circus wallpaper, by designer Adelina Mehmeti, you can replace the characters' faces with photos of family and friends.

CASACOR Mato Grosso do Sul 2016. Girl's Suite - Giovana Sbaraini. The environment brings the mixture of feelings that every girl between 9 and 12 years old has. It is a space to play, study and rest, with elements full of tenderness like a rocking tree.

CASACOR Goiás 2016. Baby's Room – Mayara Oliveira. The playhouse, also designed by Mayara, celebrates childhood with its play areas and also with its fiber optic lighting on the wall creating an atmosphere of stars. The room's lighting is indirect, which provides a perfect atmosphere of relaxation.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2016. Baby's Room - Márcia Mundim. A baby's room always carries an aura of enchantment, but it cannot fail to be functional. For this reason, circulation was prioritized and the changing table, for example, was built into one of the closets. On the walls, in the carved furniture and in the floral motifs, references to the Art Nouveau style are given a modern interpretation.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2016. Grandson's Room - Tatiana Lopes and Tatiana Mendes. With around 10 m², it is close to the size of an apartment bedroom and offers several ideas, such as narrow shelves, a built-in bed and a study table that make the most of the space. The joinery in gray lacquer and light wood was carried out by SCA. The chair is BelleVille, launched by Vitra. Each solution was designed to last, accompanying the boy from childhood to adolescence.

CASACOR Ceará 2016. Espaço Mais Infância - Rafaele Cavalcante. Inspired by the space of the same name located in Praça Luíza Távora, in Fortaleza, it consists of a playroom and a children's library. Aimed at children aged 3 to 12, it brings together pieces with simple designs, intense primary colors and a floor entirely covered in EVA, to ensure the safety and comfort of the little ones.

CASACOR Mato Grosso do Sul 2016. Children's Space - Patrícia Marques. The universe of the character Alice, by British writer Lewis Carroll, is the key to understanding the enchantment of the project, which combines textures and aromas to engage visitors. Some of the coverings are reused from PET bottles, while the synthetic grass focuses on the comfort and safety of children. Nature is also present in the landscaping, with some plants and even cherry blossoms.

CASACOR Brasília 2016. Baby's Room - Laiana de Melo Sobral. Basic colors and simple shapes encourage playfulness, without worrying about defining the baby's sex. The crib occupies the center of the 32m² space, in the area demarcated by the wallpaper-covered moldings, which resemble wooden slats on the ceiling. The rest of the room is neutral, including the cobogó wall that separates the bath area with changing table.

CASACOR Campinas 2016. Baby's Suite - Fabiana Ortiz. Bricks and flooring that imitates reclaimed wood are some of the coverings that contrast with classic elements, with a crystal chandelier standing out. The lighting, by the way, was designed considering the sensitivity of a baby's eyes – in this sense, the fabric on the ceiling creates a cozy atmosphere.

CASACOR Santa Catarina 2016. Toy Library - Natália Arruda and Maynara Mariano. Here, the materials are completely recyclable and used to customize the container. In the 54m² space, the idea is to demonstrate the possibilities of simple elements, such as wood and rope, in developing children's visual skills. In addition to rescuing the simplicity of analog toys.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2016. Lullaby Design - Leila Dionizio. This minimalist décor is dominated by reforestation woodwork and the Japanese philosophy of Wabi Sabi, which brings back organic values. In the nursing corner, the Licci rocking chair, in golden brass, by Jader de Almeida, is supported by a wooden table by Paulo Alves. The golden grass basketwork is produced by artisans from Jalapão, in Tocantins.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2016. Lullaby Design - Leila Dionizio. The 10 m² were well-designed with modern solutions, in the project with a vintage atmosphere, half Scandinavian, half Brazilian. The crib is a rocking type, while the support bed is retractable to optimize space. The lighting, designed by Leila Dionizio, stands out for the neon that forms a cloud on the ceiling.

CASACOR Mato Grosso do Sul 2016. Twins' suite - Bárbara Guimarães, Camila Zaina, Nadiani Bertol and Simone Dantas. The professionals studied the Montessori teaching method to design easily adaptable furniture to accompany growth and development, in addition to respecting the individuality of each child. That is why they opted for niches and cribs that transform into low beds, as well as objects and textures that stimulate interest.

CASACOR Paraíba 2016. Baby's Room – Teresa Queiroga and Rafaella Queiroga. The 20m² space combines delicacy and a cozy atmosphere, with solid wood furniture, wooden laminate flooring and soft tones in the fabrics. The walls have an elegant finish with moldings and some areas have been upholstered. The stage light escapes from the moldings and contributes to the intimacy.
