CASACOR Brasília 2015. Tropical Balcony - Juliana Santana. Contemporary architecture was explored in the cobogó and pergola, whose designs are the main attractions. The hanging garden brings nature in a light and different way. The furniture is all designed by national designers, in addition to works of art by Edith Derdick, Mucki and Eurico Humano.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Norte 2015. Gourmet Balcony - João Ricardo Machado and Claudiny Cavalcanti. Designed for a house in the mountains, the space incorporates elements of popular culture such as ceramics, leather and raw wood, without however limiting itself to a thematic or regionalist interpretation. After all, the project is permeable to international design, punctuated by items by Pierro Fornasetti and Philippe Starck.

CASACOR Bahia 2015. Balcony of the Couple - Renato Telles. In his debut at CASA COR, the architect presents a space focused on well-being and relaxation, with plenty of natural light and nature all around. The color of the balcony matches the tone of the mansion's façade, in a harmony that is followed even in the luxurious items, such as the sculptural bathtub.

CASACOR Espirito Santo 2015. Gourmet Balcony - Amanda Depes Vergada Lopes, Ana Carolina Ribeiro Cardoso and Luiza Lubiana Teubner. The architects made the most of marble, as Espírito Santo is the main producer and largest processor and exporter of ornamental rocks in Brazil. Wooden porticos combined with lighting divide the spaces, along with vertical gardens that provide freshness and represent biodiversity. The images of Brazilian plants are by photographer Caroline Vergas.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2015. Lounge and Balcony: Gislene Lopes. Textures and visual effects overlap, such as the ceiling lined with Sucupira, the stone walls and the panel made with laser-cut carbon iron sheets, designed by the office. Other walls were filled with vegetation, enhanced by the spot lighting.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2015. Gourmet Balcony of Lagoa: Ana Bahia. In the outdoor area, the wall covered in white cobogó turns into the ceiling and becomes an illuminated lattice panel, a structure also typical of Minas Gerais architecture. The furniture is mostly wood, with straw details.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2015. Bar Balcony: Denise Macedo. The design of the balcony is analogous to a sailboat, and the tent that covers the bar resembles a sail. Backlit and other opaque blocks are combined with solid wooden versions, serving as benches, lamps and champagne bottles, with a sculptural effect.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2015. Balcony - Darcy Brouck and Jairo de Sender. The garden is inspired by the amorous adventures of D. Pedro I and is located at the entrance to Villa Moema, where Jairo's space is located. The Laca palm trees, a noble species from Malaysia, are a highlight, as is the pergola. Darcy's landscaping, from Horto das Palmeiras, also invests in green coverage on one of the side walls, using a special substrate that replaces earth. Irrigation is automated.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2015. Balcony at Living da Praia - Anna Luiza Rothier. On the balcony leading to the house, palm trees, philodendrons and vriesias bring greenery to Villa Tupy. Creepers occupy the railing that separates the house next door.

CASACOR Goiás 2015. Balcony - Genésio Maranhão - The interior designer created an expanded version of one of the house's favorite spots, using the area as a living room and gourmet space. Wood and exposed bricks are the basis of a warm ambiance, highlighted by the selection of contemporary Brazilian furniture in interaction with the tropical garden. Natural fabrics and lighting that enhances the texture of the materials complete the experience.

CASACOR Alagoas 2015. Contemporary Room - Tiago Angeli and Ricardo Leão. Treated eucalyptus floors and walls have a bold layout that makes the most of the planks, while discarded rail sleepers come into play as furniture, supporting the home theater equipment. Other highlights include the Gio armchair, by Sérgio Rodrigues, and the Gonzaga bench, by Rodrigo Ambrósio from Alagoas, as well as the Italian Flos 265 lamp, by Paolo Rizzatto. There is also space for the architects' original creations, such as the Caviúna screen, which frames the noble wood veneer, and the Bilro cushion, inspired by the support used by lacemakers. The photographs are signed by Leo Villanova and Ramatis da Costa.

CASACOR Ceará 2015. Family Balcony - Sergei de Castro. The various ethnicities that live together in Brazil are interpreted in Sergei's space. The highlight is the large jute panel, the same material that was used to wrap goods at ports and which alludes to the French painter Jean-Baptiste Debret. Rustic furniture complements the space, along with pieces found in stores in the city and in his personal collection.

CASACOR Alagoas 2015. Kitchen with Service Area and Gourmet Balcony - Amanda Vilela and Carol Couto. The 43m² space is decorated with porcelain tiles that resemble wood and has hanging cabinets of different heights. The Venetian stucco texture, with a marbled effect, was applied to the walls and ceiling. With this base, the standout elements became the countertop and the cabinets lacquered in royal blue. Reflecta glass sliding doors separate the space from the service area and have a built-in TV.

CASACOR Alagoas 2015. Kitchen with Balcony - Emanuelle Barbosa and Oeiza Jacquesy Torres. The kitchen features hydraulic tiles and the warmth of wood-effect porcelain tiles, which contrast with the crystal lacquer and glass furniture. Note that the sink was carved into the Silestone countertop itself.

CASACOR Pará 2015. Varanda Lounge Bar - Lívia Santana. The landscape of Guajara Bay brings a special atmosphere to the space, which offers a refuge to gather friends and relax. The gray tone and the warmth of the wood define the identity of the project, as well as the details that refer to Brazilian culture, such as the prints and the use of crochet. Also note the straw installed on the ceiling, accentuating the cozy atmosphere.

CASACOR Pernambuco 2015. Avarandado - Márcia Nejaim and Suzana Azevedo. The song Avarandado, by Caetano Veloso, inspires the ambiance. “And this road will lead to the sea,” says the song that accompanies the space designed for relaxation and socializing. The comfortable furniture has exuberant details, such as the leaf print on the upholstery. Another highlight is the sculpture by Francisco Brennand, next to the reflecting pool with ferns. The porcelain dinner service is also exclusive to Espaço Brennand, on the Particolare table.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Norte 2015. CASA COR veranda - Olga Portela. The space combines an outdoor area with a glass roof, developed around a large tree with a swing, and an indoor space. Integration is guaranteed by the generous frames and light curtains, which allow natural light to pass through, highlighting the textures of the wood and the chosen fabrics.
