CASACOR Brasília 2016. Carioca Gourmet Balcony - Silvana Albuquerque. The beauty and joy of Rio inspire this light, bright ambiance, full of designer pieces. Reclaimed wood is present, but the use of 3D wall coverings and elegant tones such as off-white and blue balance the style between rustic and modern. Another modern detail is the brushed brass light fixtures.

CASACOR Espírito Santo 2016. Gourmet Balcony Pool - Giovani Chisté. Around the fireplace or in the sophisticated gourmet space, socializing is the great pleasure inspired by the project. Surfaces with a worn appearance, such as the corten steel back panel, interact with elegant elements, such as the illustrious crystal. The presence of landscaping is also striking, adding color to the spaces and making them even more welcoming.

CASACOR Pernambuco 2016. Family Balcony - Giselly Agra, Katya Veras and Marcela Salazar. When the rooftops of Manhattan, New York, meet the style of the 19th century mansion, the result is cool. The trio opted for a raised floor along the entire length of the balcony and a lighting plan with indirect lights, for an intimate atmosphere. The tree with dry branches makes a connection between nature and architecture.
