CASACOR Rio Grande do Sul 2016. Loft For Life - Dany Bitencourt and Wagner Costa. Two features of lofts - high ceilings and an open plan with connected spaces - are emphasized in the project, which occupies the former ballroom of the Petrópole Tênis Clube. The duo took advantage of the large windows to bring natural light into the scene and exposed the solid walls of the 1940s building. They serve as a backdrop for works by Tomie Ohtake, Siron Franco, Iberê Camargo and others, curated by Cézar Pontes. The freestanding furniture is also designed by Luia Mantelli and Rejane Carvalho, arranged on a kilim rug.

The desire was for total integration in a mountain-style environment, where one of the meeting points is around the large wooden countertop with green lacquer. CASACOR Goiás 2016. Renault Garage Loft - Fabíola Fleury Naoum and Wilker Godoi. More than just a garage, the 107m² were transformed into a loft and even house a suite, with a highlight being the canopy panel that houses the bed. Another highlight in the carpentry is the bookcase that frames the space and makes the most of every inch. In the kitchen, the service counter was made of Ice Armani marble. The lighting design is scenic and highlights the architectural elements of the space.
