Located in a gated community that is part of the expansion of Fazenda Boa Vista, in Porto Feliz (SP), this apartment of 245 sqm was designed by the studio @migsarquitetura (from the CASACOR Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo lineup) to be a light, elegant, and welcoming leisure retreat.

The proposal balances sophistication and informality through a neutral palette based on black, white, and wood, in which subtle chromatic variations in the interior details lend personality and warmth to the spaces.

The fluidity of the projects is the highlight of the spatial reorganization. With the removal of the frame from the former balcony, the social area gained breadth without the need for structural interventions, uniting living, dining, and home office in the same space.

To preserve the functional identity of each space within the integrated layout, the transition between the wood flooring and the large-format porcelain tile acts as a subtle and efficient visual delimiter.

Practicality for occasional use guided the choice of materials and furniture. Pre-existing elements of the property, such as the brick walls, were kept and renewed with white paint to soften the composition.

The furniture selection prioritized ergonomics and comfort, highlighting signature pieces by @migsdesign — such as the Resedá bar cart, the Aroeira side table, and the Alamanda coat rack —, which reinforce the authenticity and elegance of the project.
