Purchased while still in the planning stage, this apartment of 232.86 m² in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo, came to life from a blank canvas. Signed by architects Anna Fernandes, Guido Ramos and Marcelo Bezerril, from the GAM Arquitetos office (and part of the CASACOR Bahia lineup), the project was designed from scratch over months of meticulous study. The building's original configuration — with a 360° floor plan structured only by central pillars and shafts — gave the professionals total freedom to shape the flows and sectors according to the routine of a family with two children that prioritizes togetherness and the art of entertaining.

The palette of noble materials is one of the main threads of the visual narrative: marble takes the leading role in the floors and specific details, dialoguing with woodwork in warm wood tones and touches of black.

Beyond aesthetics, technology and high technical performance were fundamental premises. From the structural phase, the work received high-performance acoustic frames, a central air-conditioning system and a sophisticated heated floor system beneath the marble, raising the thermal comfort and well-being of the residents.

The social area integrates the living room, the dining room and an imposing barbecue area, strategically positioned to serve the resident's frequent entertaining moments. The connection with the other projects displays smart woodwork solutions: the kitchen can open completely to the dining area or be fully isolated by means of flush, discreet sliding doors.

In the private hall, the architects designed a vestibule with a cloakroom where the woodwork mimics the technical accesses and the fire door. Movable brises delimit the space, allowing the integration with the living room to be controlled according to the occasion.

Meeting a very specific request from the client, a cigar lounge was also created with dedicated acoustic and visual insulation, ensuring the containment of smoke without interfering with the dynamics of the common area.

In the private area, the suites follow the same sophisticated and welcoming language, providing a refuge of tranquility supported by the silence of the acoustic frames and the warm touch of the marble floors.
