Set in the privileged setting of Fazenda da Grama, in the countryside of São Paulo, this residence arrived at Felipe Saurin's office – part of the CASACOR São Paulo lineup – with the architecture and cabinetry already established. The owners — a young couple in a new phase of life, with newborn children — brought with them the desire to transform the existing structure into a home full of identity and warmth for the story they are beginning to build.

The great challenge focused on the interiors. The mission was to create an atmosphere that would intimately dialogue with the lush surrounding landscape, expand spatial perception, and imprint personality on each space. Right at the entrance, the corridor showcases this sensitivity: floor-to-ceiling mirrors double the green of the garden and multiply the natural light, welcoming visitors with a fluid and continuous perspective.

Guided by the premise of total integration, the layout connects living room, kitchen, terrace, and social areas through generous openings and free flows. The result is a large social pavilion facing the outdoors, designed for an intense family routine. Even the television, which was not included in the original program of the main living room, was discreetly inserted to maintain a clean and cohesive visual reading.

The furniture acts as the heart of the proposal: in a collaborative and thorough four-hand curation process, the architect integrated the clients' vintage and original collection with pieces that celebrate the authenticity of Brazilian design. To complement this narrative, Felipe Saurin designed exclusive pieces for the project, such as the entrance sideboard, the living room coffee table, the outdoor gourmet table, the terrace furniture, and the entire lounge concept.

This meticulous fusion between signature-designed furniture and the historical collection results in a spacious, integrated, and welcoming home, where the curation of pieces with memory helps to write the new chapters of family life.
