Designing to celebrate new cycles requires the sensitivity to integrate emotional heritage with contemporary dynamism. In this project signed by Marcela Penteado (from the CASACOR São Paulo cast), the atmosphere is immediately defined by warmth: wooden panels wrap the entire social area, warming the ensemble and serving as a frame for a fluid and sophisticated layout.

Right at the entrance, the hall takes on the role of a subtle chromatic introduction. Covered in green silk straw, the space anticipates the project's palette in an indirect way, where natural nuances manifest through fibers, fabrics, rugs and the warm yellowish glow of the stones. The great guiding thread of the projects is the furniture curation, which articulates historical pieces, contemporary creations and signature designs by the studio itself, without rigid hierarchies. Sourcing from antique shops gives the space permanence and historical depth.

Icons of Brazilian modernism, such as the Pétala side table, the Dinamarquesa armchair and the Onda bench, by Jorge Zalszupin, dialogue organically with the Moncho bench, the emblematic Begg armchair and the delicate Sonia stools, signed by Sergio Rodrigues.

The fluid line of Jader Almeida stands out in the imposing Munik chaise and in the pendant of the social area, while a series of signature pieces by Isabelle de Mari — such as the Gino coffee table, the Jocal sofa, the Martina table, the Palma pouf and the Emma side table — introduces a contemporary and authentic geometry. To visually stitch together this constellation of shapes and textures, the geometric-patterned rugs delimit the flows and unify the projects.

In the dining room, the strength of raw material takes over. The exclusively designed table developed by the studio features a sumptuous top of Roma Imperiale quartzite. The rock establishes a precise mineral counterpoint to the predominance of wood, elevating the technical rigor of the project.

The transition to the kitchen was fully integrated into the living area. The room's cabinetry maintains the same aesthetic language of the social wing, while the countertops and walls clad in Taj Mahal quartzite ensure continuous visual unity.

Respecting the couple's individualities, the former service quarters were completely reframed, becoming a private workshop-refuge for the resident, an enthusiast of the automotive world. In the master suite, the dark wooden floor harmoniously contrasts with the light walls covered in wallpaper, while the black laurel woodwork matches the tone of the floor. The rigidity of the dark tones is precisely broken by a colorful rug, which introduces lightness and dialogues directly with the vibrant fabrics and the scenographic lighting design.

In the art curation, a historic print by Di Cavalcanti shares the spotlight with the tree sculpture by Cuban artist Jorge Mayet, whose work poignantly evokes the landscapes of his childhood, roots, and the feeling of belonging. The collection gains depth with works by Octávio Ferreira de Araújo, Manoel Bersam and Omar Rayo.
