SP-Arte/Photo: The main photography fair reaches its 10th edition

SP-Arte/Foto reaches its 10th edition bringing and presenting trends in the photography market in addition to opening space for galleries and artists to present their work with photographic practice in the most varied creative and compelling ways.

In 2016, the main Photography Fair on the Brazilian circuit brings together the following galleries: Andrea Rehdes, Biographica, Blau Projects, Luciana Caravello and Pinakotheke, Casa Triângulo, FASS, Gávea, Luciana Brito, Millan and Vermelho, Babel, Lume and Portas Vilaseca, Fólio and Schoeler.

This year's event features a special space for photographers who have opened a school focused on geometric compositions. The exhibition Paralelas e Diagonais (Parallels and Diagons) features an iconographic selection of works by the most active photo clubs in São Paulo – who formed the Escola Paulista movement. , born within the Foto Cine Clube Bandeirante, in the 1950s – bringing together works by José Yalenti, Gertrudes Altschul, Eduardo Salvatore, Marcel Giró, Mario Fiori, George Radó and Paulo Pires.
