Campana Brothers to appear at Oscar Niemeyer Museum

Last week, the Oscar Niemeyer Museum (MON), in Curitiba (PR), opened the exhibition “Campana Brothers”, which presents the trajectory of more than 30 years of designers Fernando and Humberto Campana, known worldwide for their bold and that values Brazilian cultural and regional traits. The exhibition, produced by the museum itself, is curated by Consuelo Cornelsen and was installed in a 1500 m² space, with scenography created especially for the occasion by the honored duo. With around 130 works, the exhibition features iconic models such as the Vermelha (1998), Favela (2003) and Corallo (2003) armchairs, as well as more recent works, such as the unprecedented Assimétrica (2017) furniture line, produced by Tok&Stok. “We designed an entire scenography to dialogue with Niemeyer’s architecture. He was one of the people who had a great influence on our work,” says Humberto Campana.
