Graphic design is a highlight and trend in the CASA COR SP 2015 environment
Gafisa, which is recognized for its pioneering role in the real estate market, innovated once again at the latest edition of CASA COR São Paulo : the company reproduced, at the Jockey Club in São Paulo, the entire apartment of a future high-end launch by the company, the 067 HERMANN JR building – which will be on display at the location until the end of 2015. “Nowadays, practicality and functionality, combined with aesthetics, are the main needs and expectations of clients when it comes to carrying out a project”, says architect Cilene Monteiro Lupi, from São Paulo. The project focuses on urban aesthetics, which are present right at the entrance. It is also possible to appreciate the work of the visual artists invited to exclusively compose the identity of the space, partially covered in graphics.
Known for her style that blends classic and contemporary in a balanced way, Cilene applied the “gallery” concept to the interior of her 290 m2 apartment, where the maxim of less is more prevails. Instead of filling the spaces with lots of furniture, the professional chose a few exclusive pieces – such as the armchairs designed by Sérgio Mattos – to decorate her spaces and transformed the walls into true art galleries.
