The unprecedented exhibition " Other Portraits in Black and White " will celebrate the 45-year career of Miro, a photographer known for his expressive black and white images. Until October 10, his photographs can be seen at Galeria Jarouche, in Jardim América, in São Paulo, and also through the virtual tour on the Micasa website . Taken during the 1970s and 1980s, the twelve photographs selected to be part of the exhibition demonstrate a modern character, ahead of their time. For the photographer, the images should speak for themselves, without relying on anything else. "My photography is more important than my figure. It is she who must appear", he states.
