The
Le Salon Studio at
CASACOR São Paulo 2017 was designed to house and exhibit the art collection of a woman in her 40s. In the 68 m² space, the walls painted in Coral's Calor do Fogo tone house the pieces meticulously chosen to suit the character.
Luiz Otávio Debeus is the author of the project and he valued every detail of the space, starting with the kitchen that received an old countertop from antique dealer Arnaldo Danemberg contrasting with the modernity of the sink carved in the Silestone stone itself.
The dining room, which houses a buffet and dining table, is the perfect setting for the collector to enjoy her creations, gather with friends or even find inspiration in the middle of the night to finish a project. The photograph that gives the space its soul is by Araquém de Alcântara next to Rogério Degaki's Torrada. The chairs and some pieces of furniture are from the professional's personal collection.
The studio's aesthetics were inspired by the 1940s and 1950s. Highlights include Luiz Paulo Baravelli's mask, Yuri Seródio's photos and Roberta Coni's pieces.
