After closing in 2021, the sculptural Vessel , located in the Hudson Yards complex, a revitalized area of Manhattan, is preparing to reopen its doors to the public, this time with additional safety measures. The contemporary, honeycomb-shaped structure was designed by British designerThomas Heatherwick and opened in 2019.
