There is nothing better than designing an environment in an inspiring property. This is how the professionals at CASA COR Mato Grosso do Sul are feeling about the venue for the 4th edition of the Mato Grosso do Sul show: the traditional residence with a line modernist, designed in the 80s by renowned architect Rubens Gil de Camillo.
“The property has a privileged location, spacious and well-distributed spaces that bring a feeling of freedom with all the glasswork, lighting and green area”, says Sandra Madeira, who has participated in the show since 2011.
Rubens Gil de Camillo (1934-2000) was concerned with creating an architectural language characteristic of the state, adapted to the population's way of life and the physical and bioclimatic aspects. The property has 1,800 m² of built area on a plot of 2 thousand m².
In addition to the splendid beauty of the residence, the location is a strong attribute highlighted by the professionals. “The house has a great location, it has a bold design with its exposed concrete that stimulates my creativity and my performance. It is a great commitment and a challenge.” , I am super motivated, inspired and full of creativity to put it into practice”, praised interior designer Janete Padilha, who is also in the 2016 edition.
CASA COR Mato Grosso do Sul 2016 will be held from July 29th to September 11th and will feature 31 environments that promise, in a versatile way, to highlight the talent of the State's professionals.
