Restoration of the Restaurant at Jockey maintains its structures and history!

Making her debut at CASA COR São Paulo 2016 and with a big mission: Bárbara Jalles was responsible for restoring the restaurant at the show, which will be the only space kept in operation after the event. "Receiving this invitation was an honor. This is my first CASA COR , a huge challenge", declared the architect.

To achieve this, the architect maintained the general structure of the house, which has 225 m², in addition to the roof, which was renovated, and the carpentry structure. The major changes are in maximizing the circulation space, which according to the professional "was not well resolved, with problems in relation to ventilation and circulation to the bathrooms". Bárbara Jalles combined the refinement of CASA COR and the usability of the space to create the restoration project for the Jockey Restaurant, which will be operated by Badebec , and promises to surprise visitors. "Those who visit the space will find a pleasant, welcoming and cozy place, not only used as a restaurant, but also as a lounge, waiting area and bar, in addition to being very innovative and at the same time with solid and traditional characteristics", emphasizes the professional.
