The 5th edition of
CASACOR Bolivia inaugurates the exhibition calendar throughout the Americas and promises to surprise its visitors and innovate. With the aim of not only promoting unique, inspiring and trend-packed environments, the event's management is also concerned with the total experience of the exhibition and the recovery of the region's historical heritage. Therefore, in 2017, the exhibition will occupy
Fazenda Urbana , an emblematic mansion, which occupies more than 5 thousand
m² of area.
“For the 5th edition of CASACOR Bolivia , we wanted to give it another look, where our professionals could face new challenges, such as being in contact with nature and respecting green spaces”, explains Velasco Quito, responsible for the exhibition. Quinta is popularly known in Portugal as a rural property. And, not surprisingly, the headquarters of
CASACOR Bolivia takes its name from its fruit and floral wealth. On the large plot of
land there are more than 100 native and exotic trees, which will be maintained and preserved and will be integrated into the professionals' projects. Furthermore, one of the other highlights of the space is the swimming pool, measuring around 120 m². “What we want is for professionals to preserve nature, which is located here, such as the achachairu, tamarind and even Guapurú fruit trees. The projects will not devastate anything but rather blend into nature”, declares Quito. The mansion, located at Avenida Los Cusis, 157, originally belonged to Paul Seng Katsel, and was then purchased by an airplane-loving pilot, Alfredo Pinto, and thanks to him and his hobby, a helipad was built that is still intact and It will, without a doubt, be one of the biggest attractions of the event. CASACOR Bolivia 2017 will take place between April 5th and May 6th and will have 32 environments designed by more than 50 renowned professionals from the region!
