Tomie Ohtake Institute and Akzonobel Awards reveal winners

Projects in Tocantins, São Paulo and Mexico City are the big winners of the award, which also features an exhibition with all 10 finalists

Last week (10/08), the opening of the exhibition of the 10 finalist projects of the 4th Tomie Ohtake AkzoNobel Institute Architecture Award took place , where the three winners were also announced . The ceremony was held at the Institute building.

The architect Adriana Benguela ( Rosenbaum + Aleph Zero ) was the big winner for the project Moradas Infantis (Formoso do Araguaia, TO, 2015). As a prize, Benguela receives trip to Shanghai, China.

The three winners will also travel to Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands, where they will visit AkzoNobel's headquarters, in addition to receiving a trophy for their participation and being featured in the exhibition's catalogue.
