Book tells the story of Villa Aymoré, headquarters of CASACOR Rio 2015
LIVRO-VILLA-AYMORE Built in the early 20th century for the bourgeoisie of the time, Villa Aymoré had its moments of glory and, over time, was forgotten and abandoned. Today, the site has been revitalized and is the venue for the 25th edition of CASA COR Rio de Janeiro . In 2010, Landmark Properties acquired the villa and began a process of restoration and renovation of the site. Since 2011, the works have been carried out by Raf Arquitetura and executed by Lafem Engenharia – and closely monitored by archaeologists and the Rio Heritage Institute of Humanity. To record this entire process and tell a little of the grand history of the nine houses, Landmark produced an 80-page publication, showing the revitalization process of the enterprise and its historical construction process. The book Villa Aymoré is being sold at CASA COR Rio for R$30. [youtube
