Architect Felipe Hess is one of CASACOR São Paulo 's big bets for 2019. Making his debut at the show, the professional will design a kitchen at the event. Elegant and minimalist, the project promises to awaken visitors' senses in an environment free of visual interference.
The minimalist style is predominant in the projects of the office, which designed this house in the Pinheiros neighborhood of São Paulo. With 500 m², the building has three floors divided into blocks.
The service block is made up of a concrete box that stands out on the internal façade, forming a balcony for the kitchen, serving as a pantry. On the third floor is the bedroom and closet unit, which is more private and gives access to the upper deck. The interior of the house is completely integrated through architectural elements: windows, ceiling height, stairs. The garden is also connected to the interior spaces by large folding doors that allow the spaces to be fully opened, integrating the kitchen, living room and library into the space. tree-lined backyard.
