Expo Revestir 2019: CASACOR cast is highlighted at the event's stands
If there is one thing in decoration that is considered the heel of aesthetics, it is the finish. And nothing is more important than being up to date with the trends and launches that brands offer to the market. For this, there is Expo Revestir , which, in 2019, celebrates its 17th edition, at the Transamerica Expo Center, bringing solutions and innovations in coverings, between March 12th and 15th. The event maintains the format: Business Days and Creative Days , with programming focused on different interests: – Innovative materials and solutions for engineering, architecture, decoration and construction projects; – Information and business opportunities for construction material resellers; – Debates with world experts at the International Architecture and Construction Forum. Within this universe, which collides with that of CASACOR , many professionals at the show were invited by major brands, either to design the stand or to sign product launches. Below, we list the highlights of Expo Revestir , which are signed by the CASACOR cast. Check it out! Saint Lucy by Marcelo Salum

For the second year, Marcelo Salum is responsible for creating the stand for the sustainable profiles and coatings brand. In 2019, the professional created a 72 m² space, conceptualized through a dense repertoire of references, from works by Dutch graphic artist Maurits Escher and Italian architect Mario Botta, to buildings from ancient pre-Columbian civilizations. Zanini de Zanine's new creations for Solarium Revestimentos originated from geometric tests carried out in his studio. The search for simplicity and contemporaneity in his design are combined and translated into the shapes of the V and Plano cobogós, bringing a new addition to the line, the pressed version – with a more rustic finish and volume on just one side, which makes production easier and the price more competitive. The covering is made of cement material and measures 40 cm x 40 cm x 8 cm, the same measurements as the Plano cobogó, in the same material, but pressed, more rustic.

Solarium also presents a line signed by Ruy Ohtake. Inspired by the work of Athos Bulcão, simple, fluid lines, strokes that give continuity to the movement: perceptions that translate the architect's early works. His collections are Athos and Escape , both in cement, in 33 cm x 33 cm (thickness between 1 cm and 2 cm) and 50 cm x 50 cm (thickness between 1.5 cm and 3 cm). Unlimited, by Alex Hanazaki
At the brand's request, the landscape architect created an exclusive concept: a beveled structure inspired by the lightness of a simple paper boat aligned with the strength of a cargo ship's hull, culminating in a pool that explores a variety of possibilities. The versatility of the new UNLIMITED pool collection allows for use in indoor and outdoor spaces and in environments that value sophistication and functionality. Imposing, the pool emerges as the main protagonist. Weiku, stand by Moarcir Schmitt Jr. and Salvio Moraes Jr.

With a stand designed by Estúdio Marton, the brand presents a galaxy as a backdrop, symbolizing the universe of possibilities that each individual possesses. "The 'Pormade Universe' Project was created based on two pillars – Universe and Portal, since Pormade is present in many homes with its products, forming part of several parallel 'universes' of each family. The intention is to convey the feeling that Pormade products connect you to your universe and that the doors symbolize this passage and the first contact with what is to come", says José Marton. With the concept “Each House Is a Case”, the brand developed a series of products inspired by the four seasons of the year, bringing all the sensations that each of them represents. They are moments, seasons, regions and habits reflected in weaves, ties, hugs, experiences and sensations. For the summer, the focus was on two products: Mosaicos Era and Trama Lisboa , designed separately by architects Juliana Pippi and Osvaldo Tenório. Service 17th Expo Revestir When?
