The two mansions are being built especially for the show and are designed by local architects Adriana Consulin and Izilda Moraes (Casa Bossa Nova) and Daniele Guardini and Adriano Stancati (Casa Tropicalia). “At the launch event for architects, designers and landscapers, we closed all the spaces for the show. Now, new spaces are being designed for negotiation with professionals who are interested in participating but have not yet closed a deal,” reports the Relationship Director of Casa Cor Campinas, Adriane Salomão Sanna. In keeping with the theme of sustainability proposed by the exhibition, the buildings pay special attention to the materials used in relation to nature. For the first time in the region, high-end homes will be built with integrated monolithic EPS panels and galvanized steel meshes that replace structural masonry or masonry walls. Among the benefits of these materials is the optimization of the entire process, which reduces execution time and labor. Brazilianness will also be present in the edition’s environments. “We want to highlight the best of our country, bringing influences and icons of our culture, art, objects and colors to the world of architecture, decoration and landscaping,” says Adriane.
