The
Casa do Ipê Amarelo , a new project by architect
Léo Romano from Goiás, entered the competition with 75 other international projects for the
Building of the Year 2020 Award , promoted by ArchDaily. Located in the Aldeia do Vale condominium, in Goiânia, the house takes advantage of the strong relationship with nature. "It is the condominium with the largest number of native trees in Goiânia and that is inspiring." Leo Romano is part of the
CASACOR cast and last year was responsible for the
Paredes Mágicas loft at the show in São Paulo. This year, he is part of the
CASACOR Windows project in Brasília.
Upon entering, the visitor has on his left the entire leisure area that reveals a house with a veranda, living rooms, swimming pool, garage and kitchen. On the other side, the circulation leads to the bedrooms, ensuring privacy for the private wing. The volume is divided between wooden box, where the private area is, and concrete box, where the social area is, with one appearing to be supported on top of the other.
