Re.Canto (Do Eu) - Juliana Vervloet do Amaral, Roberta Toledo and Maria Tereza do Amaral Nader. Spacious, with 120 m², the space is an uncovered hideaway. The generous panel-shelf, in MDF with reforested wood, integrates niches for books and a wine cellar. Among the furniture, some highlights are the Ameba tables, by Arthur Casas, and the original leather armchair by Lafer. The selection of works brings together creations by Raphael Bianco, José Bechara, Matias Mesquita, Adriana Eu, Thainan Castro, Fernando Augusto and Dionísio del Santo.

Studio Praiano - Vitor Cipriano and Claudete Lovati. The beautiful landscape inspired the choice of wood, rough stone and plenty of natural light in the 130 m² integrated space. A wooden trellis frames the entire living room, and the native Pandanos tree encompasses the dining room. The dining table, in fact, is a special highlight: made with a four-meter-long trunk of demolished wood, fossilized with resin, by artisan Rusimar Brumol. Also note the continuity between the bed and the office desk in the same piece of furniture.

Studio 20 - Letícia Finamore. Less formal excess and more essence in the experience, with a beachy feel. Here, the home is understood as a place for relationships with those we love and with nature. The 144 m² project follows straight lines and clean lines, incorporating textures such as burnt cement and stone, applied to the carpentry itself. In the living room, the matte lacquer on the panel complements and adds lightness. In the furniture and lighting, there are several new releases by Jader Almeida.

Casa da Ilha - Sérgio Palmeira. The bedroom, living room, gourmet area and bathroom share the 300 m², with a glass enclosure that also reveals the outdoor area and a 180° view of the landscape from Convento da Penha to Camburi Beach. The project has a contemporary feel, and the predominant tone is dark, in contrast to the brightness of the place. Thus, the gray tone of the MDF is used in the lining of the walls and ceilings. Italian furniture reaffirms the luxurious vocation of the space, together with design pieces by Jader Almeida and Ronald Sasson.

Arena CASACOR - Alexandre Carvalho and Jéssica Martins. The São Paulo architect duo debuts with this 470 m² space, with a 20 m² entrance, 290 m² of arena for lectures and 160 m² of garden, designed to favor the flow of people and connections between them. Lina Bo Bardi's Glass House was an important source of inspiration, with large openings that bring in greenery and views of the city. The modern furniture is composed of Brazilian pieces, including the orange MP-97 armchair and the black and white MP-61, by Percifal Lafer.

Sunset Lounge - Cyane Zoboli. The architecture integrates with the landscape and expands the scope of vision, without losing the comfort of being at home. The 130 m² space frames the view of Vitória Bay and uses natural resources, such as wood and glass, which give simplicity to the structure. The designed ambiance did not come by chance, highlighting the use of rock materials, such as granite and slate, and wood for the deck and furniture.

Urban House - Sergio Paulo Rabello. The 110 m² house has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and hall. Everything was built with beams, pillars and metal alloy tiles reused from a steel mill. Large slabs of translucent marble serve as cladding and illuminate the walls. A crane helped with the task of arranging the material, sheet by sheet, in the property. All the wood used in the ceiling lining and carpentry is also reused, while the glass is 100% recyclable.

Baby Suite - Lorena Nunes. First-time mothers are the inspiration, preferring furniture that accompanies the child's development. That's why this 20 m² project features solutions designed to last. The furniture is adaptable, like the crib that transforms into a mini bed and the carpentry that can take on new functions in the future. The maxi wallpaper has an exclusive print and already brings an ecological awareness, which should be cultivated from an early age.

CASACOR Espírito Santo is reaching its final stretch. The exhibition has been showing 31 spaces since September 18th and will remain open until November 17th. The 45 professionals took advantage of large openings and lots of glass to expand the view towards the sea of Ilha do Boi. The beach atmosphere, not by chance, is one of the common points between the spaces. The chosen venue is the Clube Ítalo Brasileiro, in the Ilha do Boi neighborhood of Vitória. For this reason, the essence of Italy, a world reference in design, culture and cuisine, is also mentioned several times. The privileged location, facing the sea, also helped to connect the projects to CASACOR 's central theme this year:Planet Home , based on the trend of turning each home into a private universe.
