CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Loft Refúgio - Consuelo Jorge. A unique project, where comfort and nature meet and well-being aligns with design, providing unique sensations in an elegant and welcoming space. This is Consuelo Jorge's proposal for Loft Refúgio. The 101m. offer a sophisticated and warm atmosphere, within the practicality of its integrated spaces.

CASACOR Pernambuco 2019. Entrepreneur's Studio - Amaral Tenório + Arquitetos. A proposal to re-understand women: this is the main theme of the space, which was inspired by twelve female icons. The 40 m² studio has all its spaces integrated, and reflects the functionality that a modern and independent woman needs. Eschewing pink, it opts for earthy tones to give maturity to the composition.

CASACOR Paraná 2019. Café Boutique - Viviane Tabalipa. In addition to coffee, the space is designed for other uses, wine tasting and coworking. The integrated space allows visitors to also watch the production of bread. Shades of green and orange give a tropical atmosphere, along with the warm touch of wood. On the floor, a laminate with a concrete texture.

CASACOR Paraná 2019. STM Lounge - Jayme Bernardo and Glei Tomazi. Increasingly compact spaces in large urban centers are the trend that inspires this 9.15 m² space. In this apartment, the integrated floor plan was designed as a loft and offers a place to rest, a counter for meals and space for personal items. The colors in the lounge vary between shades of black, graphite and concrete.

CASACOR Paraíba 2019. Estúdio Officina – Larissa Vinagre. Integrated and multifunctional, the space was designed to be versatile, and can host business or family meetings. Comprising a living room with a gourmet area, bedroom and bathroom, a special touch is the red ceramic tile floor. Northeastern culture is highlighted in the works of art and design pieces.

CASACOR Paraíba 2019. Ocean Líder Loft – Bethania Tejo. Composed of a gourmet living room, studio, bedroom, bathroom and closet, all integrated, the environment was inspired by a couple who enjoy leading a healthy life by the sea. The color palette is based on the brown and orange tones of autumn, and the furniture's main materials are wood, leather and cotton fabrics.

CASACOR Paraguay 2019. Deca Loft - Marisa Aguada and Yasmine Bertón. The living space is presented as a place of relaxation, where the interaction between the garden and the interior of the house is not limited to a transition corridor, prioritizing the integration of the environments. The furniture stands out with a contemporary design in warm tones that contrast with the coverings.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2019. Júnior Piacesi - Refuge. Detached from the ground, six meters above solid ground, the house encourages connections. The metal structure with concrete floor emanates lightness and transparency, minimally interfering with the landscape. The mimetic façade covered in mirrors plays a game of hide and seek in the eucalyptus forest. Inside, the kitchen, table, bed, closet, bathroom and meditation space are integrated. Highlights include the Carlos Motta armchairs, the Lina armchair (in homage to Lina Bo Bardi) and Flos lamps.

CASACOR Minas Gerais 2019. Fernanda Villefort - Office Pavilion. A renewed look at corporate spaces, which presents integration as the central line of the project. The central area is home to the social space, a large counter offering coffee or sparkling wine, as well as spaces for meetings and lectures. Furthermore, the gallery walkway, on the only blank wall of the pavilion, is intended to enhance visitors' creativity.

CASACOR Mato Grosso do Sul 2019. Dressing room - Bárbara Guimarães.The space is dedicated to bonding and socializing, welcoming those interested in undergoing a beauty procedure. Integration is important, as is the concept of symmetry that guides the entire project. The colors are warm and the materials, such as the brick wall, explore textures.

CASACOR Mato Grosso do Sul 2019. CNB Refuge - Patrícia Boaro.The challenge was to integrate the gourmet space, balcony, lounge and spa into a single indoor space. The raw wood in sheets unifies the set, under the same roof, and also warms the walls. The décor features light tones and soft lighting, inspired by daylight. In the kitchen, custom-made furniture hides the refrigerator and stove with technology for grilling barbecue.

CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Casa do Fauno - Leo Shehtman. A house designed for a childless couple who love to celebrate life and art. Measuring 144m2, it was fully integrated and pays homage to the Barberini Fauno, a figure from Roman mythology (an appropriation of the Greek version of the Satyr). Upon entering the space, visitors are greeted by the exotic Pearlescent Marble that covers one wall and appears to float along the 18m of water mirror. Modernist works, such as the Barcelona Pavilion designed by architect Mies van der Rohe in 1929, also served as inspiration for this project - a way of paying tribute to the centenary of the Bauhaus school.

CASACOR Goiás 2019. Respiro – Espaço OGGI - Eduardo and Karla Bittar. The large hall opens up inviting a living space with the dining, living and gourmet kitchen rooms, which share 125 m². All walls have a clean look and are covered in wood - except one, which resembles steel, where the wine cellar is located. A garden in the center separates the spaces and brings some of the greenery of the park's trees outside into the space. The versatile sofa suits various environments.

CASACOR Espírito Santo 2019. Re.Canto (Do Eu) - Juliana Vervloet do Amaral, Roberta Toledo and Maria Tereza do Amaral Nader. Spacious, with 120 m², the space is an uncovered hideout. The generous panel-shelf, in MDF with reforested wood, integrates niches for books and a wine cellar. Among the furniture, some highlights are the Ameba tables, by Arthur Casas, and the original leather armchair by Lafer. The selection of works brings together creations by Raphael Bianco, José Bechara, Matias Mesquita, Adriana Eu, Thainan Castro, Fernando Augusto and Dionísio del Santo.

CASACOR Espírito Santo 2019. Studio Praiano - Vitor Cipriano and Claudete Lovati. The beautiful landscape inspired the choice of wood, rough stone and plenty of natural light in the 130 m² integrated space. A wooden trellis frames the entire living room, and the native Pandanos tree encompasses the dining room. The dining table, in fact, is a special highlight: made with a four-meter-long trunk of demolished wood, fossilized with resin, by artisan Rusimar Brumol. Also note the continuity between the bed and the office desk in the same piece of furniture.

CASACOR Ceará 2019. Bauhaus House | Deca Space - Rosalinda Pinheiro. In the year of the Bauhaus centennial celebrations, a 52m² modernist house pays homage to the school that revolutionized global design and still influences many designers. There are two levels: the loft-style ground floor, with an integrated gourmet kitchen and large living room, and the upper terrace, with a gourmet counter, a large table and a living room with comfortable chairs. The vegetable garden is one of the highlights of the project.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Studio Gontijo Arquitetura e Interiores - Planeta Brasília. Architect Gabriela Gontijo designed the 145m² space, prioritizing comfort and technology without losing the connection with the history of Brasília. The space is a mix of office, lounge, sales stand, living room and dining room, all with a residential feel. Pivoting mashrabiya panels integrate the spaces while providing privacy to the different areas. Carefully chosen vegetation, a reflecting pool, natural light, suspended marble benches and nationally designed furniture complete the setting.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Cybele Barbosa + Arquitetos Associados - Casa Dell Anno. The dynamic of welcoming inspires the spacious 110 m², facilitated by the integration between the environments. A pebble panel stands out, stones normally used on the floor, but which surprise when placed on the wall. Lacquer, wood and porcelain are the predominant materials, also present in the recycled elements from the previous year, and which, due to the finish and their easy-to-remove assembly modules, can be reused after the show.

CASACOR Brasília 2019. Helaine Caloête - Loft Essência. Measuring 120m², the space is entirely focused on integrating with the garden. On the longest wall, Lucerna stone, brought from Rio de Janeiro, prolongs contact with nature, with the texture accentuated by the lighting. The other surfaces have other stone finishes, and the ceiling is covered in wood. The space dispenses with partitions and reveals a preference for looser structures, such as the curved lacquered slatted wall that makes the room more private.

CASACOR Bolivia 2019. Aquatic Loft - Alejandra Iriarte and Natalia Murillo. Pools and water mirrors flow through the space and create floating concrete islands that delimit the integrated areas. They are connected by glass bridges. The transition to the vertical garden is also delicate, with glass panels and transparent bead curtains. The space explores the duality between technology and the environment, solid and liquid, and other opposites that attract each other here.

CASACOR Bahia 2019. Luxe Loft - Ana Paula and Ana Claudia Nonato.Multifunctional, luxurious, free and changing, the space created by sisters Ana Paula and Ana Cláudia Nonato translates the most desired concept in the contemporary home plan: integration. Inspired by the delicacy and strength of Brazilian women, the designers omit the boundaries between exterior and interior, integrating the green of nature through glass panels that multiply the perspectives of the sumptuous environment.

CASACOR Bahia 2019. Collector's Loft – TRPC Arquitetos. A loft full of art and affection based on the premise that everyone collects memories and experiences. With simple architectural gestures, everything was designed to combine privacy and integration of spaces. The careful curation presents crafts from different parts of the world and works of art by national and international artists, creating a harmonious and elegant composition. The original Frei Egídio chair, designed by Lina Bo Bardi, and the marble table designed by the architects create a bold composition between the original design and the renowned pieces.

CASACOR São Paulo 2019. Living Gourmet - WM Arquitetura. A large and bold space, which features a modern and timeless decor to welcome guests with comfort and personality, are the main features of the Living Gourmet project by architects and partners Anete Weber and Rafaella Marques. Built in a listed area, the 95m² space is the result of a clean construction, with solutions that combine practicality and sustainability to include the living room, hall, gourmet area and lounge. The spaces are integrated by a single floor, without unevenness, which gives the place amplitude and sophistication, as well as the plaster ceiling in the color white shark, which creates a light and modern style.

CASACOR Bahia 2019. Casa 245 - Laís Galvão. The uncomplicated loft of Casa 245 was inspired by the simple and brilliant lines of architects such as Oscar Niemeyer and Lina Bo Bardi. The spaces integrate the functions of the home, providing great practicality for daily activities. The large concrete and wood panel unites the living room and bedroom, providing a sense of visual continuity. The space takes us on a grand tour of Bahian art and Brazilian design, with highlights including the Oscar armchair, the Tripé chair and the works of Mário Cravo Jr. and Emanuel Araújo.

CASACOR Rio Grande do Norte 2019. Fernanda Bezerra - Estúdio do Edu. With just 35 m², the architect thought of a multipurpose environment, which integrates sleeping and working spaces, a small kitchen and a cozy living room. The separations between them are fluid, such as a light mesh curtain that gives privacy to the room and the corrugated glass panel that protects the wet area in the integrated bathroom. The stone texture is striking on the floor and wall, without losing sight of the clean color palette that intersperses shades of gray and blue on the base.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2019. Cristina Côrtes and Claudia Sant'Ana - Loft for a Cycling Couple. With double-height ceilings and stunning ocean views, this loft was designed for a young couple who love sports and are super connected to the world and the latest technology. The spaces are integrated and provide the comfort needed to live well.

CASACOR Rio de Janeiro 2019. Toca Arquitetura - Estúdio Elã. There are many references to Ney Matogrosso in the space created in his honor. Some are very subtle, such as the feeling of freedom in the integration between bedroom, living room and kitchen. The reddish terracotta tone is affectionate, sensual and at the same time represents the strong connection with nature. The kitchen is unpretentious, with open shelves, hanging objects and a large central island.

CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2019. Simone Pedreschi - Loft Essência Feminina. Supported by four robust pillars, the 60 m² space has an open and integrated floor plan. The furniture is solid and delicate, such as the side tables and the armchair in a dry rose tone. The copper and gold details do not go unnoticed, as does the sensory appeal of the linen and crochet.

CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2019. Mariana and Filipi Oliveira - Meia Casa. The duo from MF+Arquitetos represents a style, which is also a desire, to be disconnected at home. Contemplating, experiencing and receiving are verbs conjugated in these spaces, which combine light and integration with the external area thanks to the muxarabis. The straight and concise lines come to life with the wooden ceiling and stone wall, in the room that alludes to country cuisine and the Brazilian way of living.

CASACOR Ribeirão Preto 2019. Mariana Orsi - Loft DECA. The 56 m² expand and acquire the size of the garden that enters the integrated space. Glass panels are responsible for the closure, while the ceiling, cut by some openings, is covered in solid Tauari. A material that reminds us of a house on stilts. The Diz armchairs are by Sergio Rodrigues.
