Deca Bathroom at Janelas CASACOR Minas is more than just a bathroom

Just like offices, bathrooms have received special attention during quarantine. Often the only space for complete privacy, the period of isolation has increased the need for this environment to be more comprehensive. With this in mind, Ana Paula Paolinelli created the Sala Deca Bath for CASACOR Windows, Minas Gerais edition.

The professional was inspired by a jewelry box, giving more prominence to the products chosen to compose the environment. By associating the bathroom with the external environment, the architect and designer created a more contemplative space. By joining it to the closet and bedroom, it reinforced even more this idea of comfort and decompression.

Wood covers most of the space, on the walls, ceiling and furniture, in harmony with the burnt cement and black crockery and metals. The project also features contemporary works of art and the ceiling, in MDF in the black pau ferro tone. , with black weft in a section of the central part.

To reinforce the connection between the bathroom and the outside area of the house, Ana Paula incorporated a green wall with different plants into the space, a trend in biophilic architecture.
