The sophisticated atmosphere of executive suites in contemporary hotel-spas was the inspiration for the space designed by Estúdio Criativo Arquitetura e Interiores at CASACOR Balneário Camboriú 2026: the Loft Matéria e Permanência Deca. Created by architect Joziane Marques Pavinato, the 215 sqm space features natural materials, signature design, and a color palette with darker tones, harmoniously combined and designed to promote well-being.
“The space stems from the pursuit of a more sensorial and timeless elegance. We wanted to create a welcoming environment that conveyed presence without excess, where materials, furniture, and architecture engaged in balanced dialogue,” comments the architect responsible for the project, which showcases a selection of products and launches from Deca, Brazil's leading manufacturer of sanitary ware and metals.

According to Marina Crocomo, Marketing and Design Director at Dexco, the project reflects a contemporary perspective on living, in which aesthetics, comfort, and functionality work in an integrated way in the everyday experience. “The choice of materials and products helps to build more sensorial, long-lasting spaces connected to today's way of living,” she states.
The visitor experience begins in the antechamber, highlighted by matte surfaces, dark volumes, and accent lighting. In the bathing area, different layers of black and satin textures create an aura of relaxation and daily care. The well-being proposal is reinforced by the combination of the LK Bathtub and the Deca You Floor-Mounted Single-Lever Bathtub Faucet. The visual unity between metals, controls, and surfaces is achieved through accessories in D.Coat Black Matte finish (such as the Versa Double Towel Bar). The space also incorporates the Deca High Tech Toilet, which integrates technology and comfort into the resident's experience.

The gourmet area brings together preparation, socializing, and lingering in a single space, marked by dark surfaces, continuous volumes, and natural materials. The Workstation sink, integrated with the countertop in Petra Sólida Preto Matte, by Portinari, connects to the Enjoy Pro single-lever faucet, incorporating features such as filtered, chilled, and sparkling water — which enhances the day-to-day kitchen experience. Another highlight of the project is the curation of signature furniture, which includes names such as Arthur Casas, Bernardo Figueiredo, Estudiobola, and Mula Preta, giving weight and consistency to Brazilian signature design in the construction of the space. The flooring in GALES GR NAT, by Portinari, runs through the projects and enhances the material depth of the proposal, while the Carvalho Brun and Marrom Retrô patterns, by Duratex, contribute to the warmth of the millwork distributed throughout the loft.

"By exploring subtle contrasts, matte finishes and integrated compositions between materials, furniture and objects, the Loft Matéria e Permanência Deca proposes a living experience marked by identity, permanence and silent sophistication," adds Deca's executive, Marina Crocomo.
