The inspiration came from the sea. As the name suggests, Studio Praiano draws the tranquil and fresh mood of the environment from the beautiful landscapes of Vitória Bay. The coastline gives rise to the contemplative vocation and the preference for natural materials, such as wood and the rough stone, which appears covering the walls and ceiling of the 130 m², as well as making up part of the furniture.

Architects Vitor Cipriano and Claudete Lovati wanted to bring to CASACOR Espírito Santo 2019 a studio that is the epitome of comfort and well-being. To achieve this, integration with nature was essential. An example of this is the dining table, produced from a four-meter-long trunk of demolition wood, fossilized through resin and made by the artisan Rusimar Brumol.
A wooden trellis runs throughout the living room, providing structure and dividing the spaces. In the living room, two eight-foot surfboards, handcrafted from solid wood and exclusive to the exhibition, provide a backdrop to the comfortable low modular sofa. Works by artist Nardelli complement the ambiance.

At the other end, a functional suite reinforces the natural trend of the space, also marked by large glass openings, which bring the blue expanse of the waters of Ilha do Boi into the room. They also ensure good lighting and airy appearance of the environment. The presence of the internal gardens gives the final touch, especially the native Pandanus tree hugging the dining area.
