Real estate is getting smaller and smaller. It is possible to find apartments in major cities, such as São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, with just 30 m². When decorating these spaces, architects need to be creative. Among the possible solutions is the integration of different environments . In the space designed by Ana Lila Denton and Juarez Farias for CASA COR RIO 2014, the Corten steel bookcase, hanging from the ceiling, functions as a TV stand and divides the private and social areas. In the University Loft project, Designer Roberto Gomes for CASA COR MATO GROSSO 2014, iron wires with graphic elements are transformed into space dividers. Check out these and 40 other integrated space projects from CASA COR exhibitions around the country in the gallery above.
